THE MINDS DRIVING THE MISSION
Established in 2022 by industry leaders Mike Marous and Rick Loconti, Driven 4 Group is backed by over 50 years of combined experience in construction, electrical contracting, and real estate development.
While the company name is new, our legacy is not.
Mike and Rick both grew up in multi-generational family businesses — Mike in construction, Rick in electrical — where they started in hands-on roles, learned every aspect of the trades, and rose to lead multi-million-dollar business units.
Both founders understand what it means to:
• Start at the bottom and work their way up
• Build trust through results
• Deliver quality that stands the test of time
Their shared values — honesty, hard work, craftsmanship, and client advocacy — are now the core of Driven 4 Group.
A PARTNER YOU CAN TRUST
Our clients return because we think like owners, not just contractors. We understand budgets, timelines, and long-term performance — and we act as true stewards of your investment.
At Driven 4 Group, we build more than properties — we build trust, communities, and futures. Whether you're planning your dream home, redeveloping a commercial space, or investing in real estate, our team is ready to deliver.

Our Culture Committee is the heartbeat of D4 Life—bringing our team together through monthly birthday celebrations, company events, and moments that make work feel like more than just work. They help create an environment where people feel valued, connected, and proud to be part of something bigger.

Our Wellness Committee is the foundation of keeping D4 Life strong—bringing our team together through healthy recipes, shared knowledge, group walks, and wellness challenges that support both mind and body. They help create an environment where people feel energized, supported, and empowered to be their best every day.

Our Outreach Committee is the heart of giving back at Driven 4 Group—bringing our team together to support others through school supply drives, Toys for Tots through Olivia's Dream, hygiene initiatives, and more. They help create a culture where generosity is lived daily, and where our people feel connected to something bigger through the time, care, and support they give.
At Driven 4 Group, we foster an optimistic culture of work-life balance and stand strong for teamwork and transparency. We are a family and a team, where respect and support define our actions. Egos never overpower decisions, and we recognize that we are each a part of something greater than ourselves. While we have a company structure, we are all equal, united in our belief in the greater good. We are dedicated to honesty, hard work, lasting quality, and exceptional service. This is D|4 Life.
Mike's younger brother, Jason Marous, had recently celebrated his 36th birthday just a fortnight before his tragic demise on the early morning of January 6, 2023, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Since 2014, Jason, who had recently come out to his family, harbored a desire to relocate to a larger, more LGBTQ-friendly community to discover his true self. His Instagram stories were a vibrant tapestry of glorious sunrise photos and live videos, reflecting his zest for life.
A beacon of positivity in any circumstance, Jason was a true friend to all and a stranger to none. His radiant spirit and affectionate demeanor positioned him as the person everyone wanted to be around in any room. His presence was like a bright light that could illuminate any situation. Dependable and always ready with a kind word or a supportive shoulder, Jason was someone you could count on. And when it came to dancing, he was unparalleled; his moves on the dance floor were the stuff of legend.
In addition to his dancing prowess, Jason enjoyed patio gardening and was honing his culinary skills. His love for spending time at the beach was evident, and he took pride in maintaining his "golden" tan, with coconut oil being his secret weapon. Jason Marous, with his infectious joy and warm-hearted nature, will always be remembered as a cherished presence in the lives of those fortunate enough to know him and we will see him in every sunrise.
"In honor of my brother, Jason, who was taken from us way too soon…Driven 4 Group has updated our logo to reflect Jay's favorite color “orange with the fade of the rising sun”. Our company will forever fly his color, and we know his spirit will always live in us. Our team is so proud to honor him and we will continue our teamwork and do great things. Love you brother, I know you will be watching over us." -Mike Marous, President
