OUR STORY ABOUT TWO FRIENDS COMING TOGETHER TO CREATE A BUSINESS IS NOT ALL THAT UNUSUAL, BUT HERE IS WHAT MAKES THIS STORY EXCEPTIONAL.

Mike grew up in his family’s multi-generational construction business – a powerhouse in the industry, starting as a carpenter; evolving from completing small tasks, to managing million-dollar projects, to leading multiple millions of dollar business units.

Rick grew up in his family’s multi-generational electrical business – another powerhouse, starting as an electrician; evolving from completing small tasks, to managing million-dollar projects, to leading multiple millions of dollar business units.

Both grew up in the industry.

Both started from the bottom.

Both rose to the top.

Both value each other and share the same values – honesty, hard work, lasting quality, and exceptional service.
