SUMMARY: It is the responsibility of the Estimator to direct and coordinate all activities of the individual project, as they relate to estimating and preconstruction activities. The Estimator is responsible for all bidding and pricing procedures.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. While performing the duties of this job, the individual must be able to remain in a stationary position for 90 percent of the time while operating their computer and performing office work. They must be able to exchange accurate information with customers and others in the office while interacting. The employee must regularly move up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. The individual must be capable of reviewing their work for errors and make adjustments as necessary
While performing the duties of this Job, the individual is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. The individual frequently works in a controlled climate.

SUMMARY: The project manager directs and coordinates all activities as they relate to the management of a Development Project. The Project Manager would also be responsible for communication with the owner, contractors, and public officials at all necessary points during the development process to ensure satisfaction by all with the delivered product.

The main focus of a Project Engineer is to learn processes and procedures at Driven 4 Group and to gain general understanding of the steps of a project from bid to job closeout.
